Returns and Cancellations Policy

Returns:

Customers may return products to abcsolutions and receive a credit, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. The customer should contact abcsolutions to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork).
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
  3. Products must be returned to abcsolutions in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for resale.
  4. The customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the abcsolutions paperwork with any product regarding its return to abcsolutions.
  5. Products must be returned to abcsolutions adequately packed and clearly labelled using the address label attached to the Returns Material Authorization.
  6. The customer must quote the returns number on the parcel being returned.

If products are returned to abcsolutions not in accordance with the conditions above (e.g., after the return period has expired or in an unfit state), abcsolutions may refuse to accept the return and return the products to the customer.

abcsolutions accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to products in transit from the customer to abcsolutions where abcsolutions has not provided the collection services.

Customers may return products to abcsolutions where abcsolutions has caused an error and receive a credit, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

  1. The customer should contact abcsolutions to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork).
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
  3. Products must be returned to abcsolutions in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for resale.
  4. The customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the abcsolutions paperwork with any product regarding its return to abcsolutions.
  5. abcsolutions will use a courier to arrange collection of the order; the courier will bring a label for attaching to the package.

Cancellations:

abcsolutions may, at its discretion, allow an order to be cancelled where there is no fault with the product, provided the customer offers a reasonable explanation for the cancellation (lead time claims will not be valid) and subject to the following:

  1. If applicable, subject to manufacturer approval of the cancellation.
  2. abcsolutions must have confirmed the cancellation in writing.
  3. Any charges applicable to the cancellation from the manufacturer will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  4. The customer must provide a hard copy order to cover any charges mentioned in clause ‘iii’.
